I’ve been coming to Elmsworth location for almost 2 years now. Joy and Lilly the dental nurses are helpful, educational and they try their best to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. Erika the hygienist is the only person I go to for my teeth cleaning,ALWAYS! Ask for Dr.T.Nguyen(the main dentist I attend to,very straightforward) or Dr A(she does more of the costmetic work). More

Every time I come here it’s a pleasant experience. From the CSRs, dental assistants, the hygienists, to the dentists, they have all been really nice, friendly and professional. I will say to make sure to ask if you are in or out of network. My first time, I didn’t know I was out of network and had to pay out of pocket, which lead me to go elsewhere for a little. After changing insurance, I was quick to return for the service. Overall, would recommend. More

Me and my husband started doing Invisalign with them. They are always so accommodating to get us scheduled at the same time. When we had our baby they didn’t mind that we had to bring him to our visits with us and then when we moved out of state they still helped us out by mailing us our new trays when they could. Overall we have had a really enjoyable experience and appreciate the many accommodations they have given us. We love working with Robbie and Carrie! More

I was going to wait a few more weeks to write my review. I was THAT person so terrified of Dentist, that I wouldn’t go. Made every excuse to not go. Listening to 96.3 radio station, I said I’m going to try one more dentist before I pull my own teeth out, because their advertisement perked my interest. Tried them, love Mint Dentistry, and have been back 4 times in 2 weeks to stay on my plan. Today, I’ve gone to my mirror 10 times after my visit, to see that I finally love to smile again. I have more visits, and work ahead of me, but with the ease, comfort, amazing staff, and absolutely true caring professionalism, I won’t go anywhere else! Dr Abisogun sat down and went over everything with me and explained all my questions. She had so much patience for a Doctor I felt like I was being heard and not rushed for my money. Mint Orthodontics in Richardson at the Crosby Office is the absolute (BEST) I went in this morning to smiling faces that said (GOOD MORNING) I am a happy person and that really made me smile. I also didn’t have to wait long at all, to be called to the back. Once I got to the back I seen more beautiful smiling faces. We all talked amongst each other, I was met by a very nice dentist who gave me a much needed pep talk and told me that if I keep my appointments every 6 weeks and wear my rubber bands for the next 6 months my treatment will be completed. I needed to hear that! My Dental Assistant also helped me pick out beautiful lite pink rubber bands for Valentines Day, showed me where and how to place my rubber bands on my brackets. Once done she scheduled me for my next 6 weeks appt and allowed me to check the time and confirm it. We both smiled at each other and they all told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Once leaving both of the receptionist told me to have a great day as well!! Such a lovely Office with great staff and the decor is lovely. Went to Mint Dentistry in Cedar Hill today after not having seen a dentist in many years. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The dental assistant, dentist and the dental hygienist Victoria. My teeth where cleaned so thoroughly, she took her time and really worked on years of build up. She as well as the dental hygienist engaged me in conversation and decreased my nervousness. OMG Jordan and the ortho at Heights location were amazing! I was worried that I would be told that there was nothing that could be done about my teeth shifting and my gap not completly closing due to my aligner treatment being finished. Instead, Jordan gave me hope and the Dr came in, worked on my bite, tightened my retainer and offered more work. I was so relieved because this treatment cost a pretty penny and I'm expecting perfection after its all done. Jordan is such a doll and she is so funny. This visit really made my day. More

I L VE this office! Let me start by saying… I felt my credit cards, phone, Drivers License and medical insurance at home. The staff had everything needed in my records. I live in Missouri City so to drive back would have had me extremely late to my appt. Thank Goodness the staff was so kind to hv my file up to date and my insurance already checked. I secondly want to speak about my nurse Joy. She was AMAZING!!! She made me feel safe, comfortable ( I hate going to the dentist) and as an individual. She took care of “ME”. She made “Me” feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but an person with needs. To me, that’s very important. To know that she cared for only Me, and not just a patient chart. She listened patiently and was very attentive. We talked and we laughed… like friends catching up on lost time. She didn’t hurt my mouth at all during examination ( I hv a small mouth and the agony of those internal devices…”take me now Lawd!!”😂😂😂) I could not believe, after all these years…no pain…who knew🤷🏾‍♀️ Next, My Dentist said…”No Cavities!!” 🎉🎉 (🗣️YASSSSS!!!…Won’t He Do It💃🏽) Lastly my Orthodontist Erica, that baby, cleaned my teeth like Molly Maids!!! Time has pasted since my last Mint Dentistry visit . I’m a heavy morning coffee drinker so, the back of my teeth were VERY Stained. I’ve had this issue in the past and my cleanings were always ok. The stains were never totally gone. Then, today, I finally had time to look at the back of my teeth ( the cleaning was yesterday) and when I tell you Erica “CLEAN CLEANED” my teeth! Not one stain to be found! I was shocked! Literally Shocked!! The work this AMAZING Beautiful Soul did for me was unbelievable! Of course, being an Orthodontist, she schooled me on the importance of having a 6 month check up. I’m 50 years old with kids (older than her) and I found myself saying “Yes Ma’am… I promise to do better” 😂😂😂 I let her know that I only wanted to see her (if I’m to come every 6 months). I don’t want anyone else cleaning my teeth. She is truly the G.O.A.T. in her field and I commend her. I hv great respect for the attention to detail, her kindness and her caring ( in my culture, we’d call her Big Mama ) to the smiles of every patients she lays her magical hands on! I had an appointment this morning at 8am arrived at 7:55. Walk in, front lights weren’t on it was dark in the lobby. I heard voices in the back, no one came to the lobby. Three people ended up coming in, we waited then around 8:03 three employees come through the front door. Two females came from the back to talk to the the employee that came in late. I was at the counter checking in finally, both of the ladies told the front desk person they will be back. They left. At 9:26 the lady tells me that they may call me in 5 min to the back. Me and another patient were left on the front the others were taken back after me but my hygien assistants left and I was sitting waiting on them to get back. Lol I left tired of people lying at their job be honest tell the truth. Wasted my time and late for work More

I dread going to the dentist (probably like the rest of the general population). I went in for a routine cleaning after missing a couple of appointments due to the pandemic. Turns out that I needed 2 crowns to prevent further damage. I was so scared to get them done but Dr. Chen assured that this was the best option at the time. I must say that I was scared of getting any major work done. Dr. Chen made getting my crowns very comforting. He answered all questions that I had about the procedure. I have found my new dentist! The office staff are all nice as well. More

I would have given this place a 5 star but because of Keisha it left me with a bad experience. Mint dentistry is always on the radio & speaks about how they offer great customer service & they care for their clients but I did not experience that from Keisha from the moment I walked in the door. I scheduled an appt the day before for the following day at 8:00 am, and received a txt msg confirming my 8:00 am appt, I walked to the front desk & Keisha & a Hispanic woman with blonde hair were talking & when I got to the desk I was standing there awkwardly waiting for one of them to greet me. Not a good morning how can we help you? Finally after a few seconds of Keisha looking at her computer she looks up at me and I tell her who I am and I’m here for my appt at 8. She says “oh did you know your appt is actually at 11? I said no it’s at 8, i just spoke with a lady yesterday who offered me this time. She then laughed at me & said well nope it’s at 11, then the same Hispanic girl says oh yeah it’s at 11.. Keisha then says have a seat & let me see if we can get you in. After sitting down I find my confirmation text that’s says my appt is at 8, and I asked Keisha if they receive the same notifications that we are sent & offered to show her the text, she said oh this has happened before with other people and wasn’t interested in seeing the text. Which seems to be true after reading other reviews, people have had the same problem before. She just had a nasty attitude & then laughed in my face like me having to wait or possibly having to reschedule is funny because of someone’s scheduling mistake. Then another woman walked in and she greeted them “Hi Good Morning and gave them the mint dentistry customer service that everyone should receive. Then as we get to the back where she pretends to be “SUPER OVERLY FRIENDLY” infront of her other co workers and customers and is a completely different person. This place is super clean, pretty quick & thorough, and the female doctor I had the pleasure of meeting was super friendly and gentle she made the horrible experience with Keisha 100% better with her interaction. I work in customer service myself & it’s disappointing that someone with her attitude her is placed in this industry of service, because she is the first face people see which can make or break a first impression of a business. Dentist Jason Chen is AMAZING, he has done several difficult procedures on me and talks his way through them. Each one has turned out perfect. He really knows what he's doing. Staff is great. 5 out of 5 would 100% recommend them each time. Today, at my procedure i questioned the taste of the water they flushed my mouth out with (tasted like battery acid) Dr explained they put tablets in the water lines because they don't trust Dallas water (me neither!) but since it was the first appt they said it hadn't ran through thoroughly. I told him it was burning my throat and tongue and he let me flush my mouth out and the team flushed the tubing line out for a few minutes and proceeded. I was scared of the dentist due to having a high tolerance for numbing. Simply put, my mouth doesn't numb well. Kristin went over my insurance and payment. I returned a few days later and had my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist did a thorough cleaning with no discomfort. Dr Chen filled a couple of teeth where the enamel was worn off. I was feeling anxious, but he's super nice and I'm pleased with my teeth. I had no cavities (thanks to my sonicare toothbrush) like I was told by another dentist. And, it turns out my insurance will pay for more than just a regular cleaning. Every time I go, I haven't had to wait longer that 15 minutes. It is clean. Yes the bathroom is clean! Staff is wonderful. My only issue and I really think its because of the location, is there's no privacy. It's one big room with 4 chairs... You are literally next to other patients. You can hear what is going on. It didn't bother me too much but I don't blame the staff for the construction of the building. Otherwise staff, service, cleanliness is awesome. I love this location. More

I’m embarrassed to say that I have avoided the dentist for over a decade... I’ve always hated how it felt and the family dentist I saw growing up always made me feel stupid and incapable, so I stopped going as an adult. For years since moving to Dallas I’ve heard good things about Mint and today I went for my first exam and cleaning. They were understanding, compassionate, and easy to work with. Got me all numbed up and on the nitrous oxide so I could relax and not feel much discomfort at all. Best of all they didn’t beat me down and make me feel bad, they simply made professional recommendations for what I can do better. I have several things I need to get done to get my teeth back to the beautiful smile I used to have, but they were very easy to work with in explaining what needs to be done, breaking things up into several visits that will be budget friendly, while prioritizing the more important stuff. Mint Dentistry was the first and only dentist I have gone to since moving to Houston. I have been going to Mint Dentistry since about 2015. I love them. I have been going to the Pasadena location since about 2016 and plan to continue. I tend to book the earlier morning appts because I have experienced high wait times otherwise. Sometimes you see the same Dr each visit sometimes you don't, but each Dr that has examined my teeth was professional, genuine, and took good care of me and my pearly whites. I enjoy listening to the Christian music in the waiting room as well. At Mint Dentistry, I feel I am taken care of and feel that my teeth will continue to remain in good hands. More
